Donovan has made a new life for himself, far away from his twin Declan and all of the feelings that he’s kept bottled up inside for many years. His friend and sometimes lover Marc has helped a lot, and things are going well until Declan calls, asking for help.
Unable to deny his twin, Donovan pushes aside his feelings and mounts a rescue, taking Declan away from an abusive situation. Between Donovan and Marc, they set Declan on the road to healing, exploring their relationship to the fullest. When Declan’s past comes back to haunt them, they’ll have to pull together to keep each other safe.
Can they make a new life together and survive the hardships they face?
I’m always up for something a little daring, and this was that and so much more.
Unlike most, how should we say, ‘daring’ books, this one actually has a story with plot and everything. And it’s really good.
We’ve two twins that have feeling for each other, know it’s wrong so live on the opposites side of America. Until one twin calls and states that, yes in fact he is still being abused by his BF. Then all bets are off.
In the mix we’ve the BF, Marc, Marc and Don have danced around but now that the twins are together Marc steps away. Until they all realize they perfect fit they have. And boy do they!
These three, that connection, the tenderness, the bond, just pours off the page. That undying loyalty hard to make that come across and this author does a wonderful job.
