Voice-over artist Harry Moore is falling for his contractor. Can he win Diego’s heart and be his client at the same time?
Voice-over artist Harry Moore has decided to take his business to the next level by hiring contractor Diego Ramos to renovate his San Francisco loft into a state-of-the-art home office and recording studio.
They hit it off immediately and Harry is soon hoping to make their business relationship a little more personal, but Diego has responsibilities to consider before he can date anyone, especially a client.
This quick 45 page or so read was a fun story. Showing us growth, heart ache, and new beginnings all can be found with patients and a will to find them.
Harry and his boyfriend broke up when BF decided to move and Harry wanted to stay. With that Harry decided to revamp his living area to encompass a recording studio for is work. This bring Diego into the picture. Diego and his team rework the space all the while getting to know Harry. But has a strict code, no dating the clients. Once the project is done, Harry and Diego have decided all bets are off.
What I loved, is while the studio is being constructed, Harry and Diego talk, not just the work being done but about each other, families wants fears. So when it’s time for date night, they already have great foundation.
The other thing is, because this is only a novella, we are loaded down with tons of details but get enough that we get the connection we need.
