This is a collect of four stories, all with the same theme. Couples in committed relationships exploring and or already in a D/s style relationship and how each couple is dealing with that facet, and how they are dealing with that part of their lives on a daily bases.  Each story brought a different angle, in which I enjoyed, from everyday workers to Hollywood stars. It was the characters themselves I had a hard time connecting with. Or seeing them in the roles they were written in.  And that for me makes a book hard to enjoy, no matter how well it’s written.
This first story has the two MC’s in a relationship that is struggling because one is always late, forgetting dates,  unorganized, or at least it feels that way. While the other, wants to show him how to get organized in and out of the bedroom. Sorry this MC as a Dom just didn’t work for me, which tainted my whole view/reading of the story. I liked Marquis and his forgetfulness, it was cute. But his blind devotion, going from not knowing anything to wearing a cock cage all day long? Really? Again, just didn’t work for me.
House Rules
In this one we have Jon, a good little sub and Alistair the Dom. I liked the relationship and trust these two have built over the years. Jon knows what’s good and bad for him, but can’t help breaking the rules and Alistair is so devoted that he just wants what best but won’t be blind to a fault on the rest.  It’s a quick 29 pages of insight into their lives, nice.
The Harder They Fall
Rich spoiled college kid with daddy issues goes to whore house and gets more than he asked for.  All Tad’s life he’s just wanted his father to see him, acknowledge, praise him. So of course that never happened and he grew up to be a bitter
spoiled selfish young man. Yeah, once again this story just had too many creep issues for me to enjoy, not big on “daddy” games and Tad was just too whiney for me.
CTRL me
Two friends having drinks playing darts and WHAM now they are in a D/s relationship. This GFY novella is actually kind of nice, Tom and Gabe work well together, both caring and loving to each other needs, wants and desirers. Gabe the whole time aware of not only Thomas never having been with a man but just learning to be a sub.
