This was such a beautiful book about love and self-discovery.  It is about what defines a good relationship and then how to keep one once you find it.  The love between the two main characters was just so beautiful and real.  You could really identify with Cas and his journey to understand if he really was feeling love.  Then when Joe is injured you can understand his frustration with his recovery and the pain he is in.
Overall the plot and characterization is amazing, my only complaint was while I felt the connection to the characters
individually I wanted to feel their connection to each other.  There was an amazing build of sexual tension and frustration and when it finally came to a head there was nothing really to give me a feeling of satisfaction.  I was looking for more kissing, touching or some other physical representation of their love.  This was a sweet and beautiful book and I would recommend it to any lover of the m/m genre.
