Soon, Juan is falling for the elegant, older man that is his new boss. He’s also thrilled when Vincent asks him to be his personal valet. Juan is a character that as soon as he was introduced in this series, I completely fell in love with. I couldn’t wait to read his story and let me tell you, it was completely worth the wait for me!
Juan is a man who falls in love so deeply, yet easily, and he keeps getting his heart broken. When he was first introduced to Vincent, you could tell there was something starting between the two of them. I completely loved how Vincent didn’t beat around the bush, too much, when it came to Juan’s feelings towards him. Even though he fought the feelings he had until he came to terms with them.
Even though this book does have BDSM elements in it, it is not over done by any level. There is just the right amount that helps to show the relationship between the two men, not just for the sexual reasons.
I really enjoyed how we were still able to catch up with Nick and Jack as well in the story! With how this series started with the two of them, it was great that Ms. Knight added a bit more about them in this book. This was also done in a way that they didn’t overtake the story, they were in the story just enough to add to it and to give us a taste of what they were doing.
Overall, I think with how loveable Juan’s character was, Ms. Knight did an amazing job at bringing his story to light.
