So, tired of pretending he doesn’t want Aaron in his life for good, Liam decides to give him the perfect Christmas gift. The kind that will show Aaron exactly what Liam wants from their relationship: the collar he’s been dreaming of Aaron putting on him for months

I have read the authors other book, A Perfect Solution, and I did enjoy that one.  However with this book?  Oh my gosh this book was AM-AZ-ING!! I couldn’t put it down once I had started it.
One thing that I do absolutely love about the book is it’s not about the sex.  With a lot of the BDSM books out there, they are all about that when it comes to the characters.  With this authors?  It’s about the characters and their relationships with each other.
In this book we got to see the emotional side of things.  We got to see how Liam was dealing with everything and how Aaron was helping him with it all.  And I really enjoyed that part of it because not every relationship is not completely about the sex.
The main characters in this book, Liam and Aaron, I felt were written very well.  They were going through some pretty serious issues and they were showing how strong they were.  The ability of the author to include such emotions in the book is just amazing.
But I do have to say overall that my favorite character out of this book would have to be Liam’s Mom.  I don’t know what it is about her; she just was hilarious when she was brought up into the book.  His mom was able to bring the comic relief when Liam was going through tough times.  His whole family overall was just great; being able to see how his family interacted with each other over the holidays was a great addition in my opinion.  Just because it made the story more realistic.
My only complaint would be that I wish the story was a bit longer, or that there would have been an epilogue so that we could see if Liam and Aaron were able o work things out.
I’m hoping that there will be another book in the series because some of the other characters made a great impression in this book.  And I think it would be great to see more of what’s going on.
